What leathers do you use?
It depends on the piece. Our catalogue includes smooth and pebbled calf, suede, hair-on cowhide and coated leathers. Every product page lists the exact material, lining and hardware, so you can see what you are buying before you order.

Will my leather goods change over time?
Natural leather does. Creases, veining and small marks are part of the material, and most leathers soften and develop character with use. This is a feature of real leather, not a defect.

How do you describe pre-owned pieces?
Each pre-owned piece is a single item. Its listing states the condition, measurements and what is included, such as the box, dust bag or authenticity card. We inspect each piece in person before listing it and keep serial numbers on file, which can be verified on request. See the Pre-Owned collection, or read our buying checklist.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days domestically and 10–20 business days internationally. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country, which aren't included in the order total.

Care

How do I take care of my leather goods?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, keep the bag away from prolonged water and direct heat, and store it in a dust bag or a cool, dry place. Smooth leather can be conditioned sparingly; suede and hair-on leather should be brushed, not conditioned. Our leather bag care guide has the full detail.
